The musicians of The Strings & Co. each bring their own distinct musical story, shaped through years of training, performance and creative exploration.
Classically trained at Australia’s leading conservatoriums and internationally recognised institutions, many have also pursued further study and performance abroad. Across these pathways, several of our musicians have studied and performed alongside one another over time ~ forming longstanding musical relationships grounded in trust, intuition and a shared artistic language.
Together, our musicians bring extensive experience across orchestral performance, chamber music, recording, touring and live events. Members of the ensemble continue to perform with leading orchestras, touring productions and recording artists, and have appeared at concert halls, festivals and major events throughout Australia and internationally.
Now based in the Blue Mountains ~ some returning, others newly drawn to the region ~ we bring this collective depth of experience to our work locally and beyond. United by a shared commitment to artistry, collaboration and beautifully considered performance, we create music that is both technically refined and deeply expressive.

Alongside a wide selection of repertoire, we welcome individual song requests and are able to create bespoke arrangements from a variety of written musical sources, translating them into elegant string performances.
